While the details of such transactions always have a local nuance, the basic issues involved in selecting a location and retaining and supervising architects, engineers and contractors to get the job done on time and within budget remain the same world-wide and that is one of our unique areas of expertise.
On a more mundane level, we represent major financial institutions, as well as a number of other institutional clients, in the work-out and foreclosure of commercial and residential loans.
For large corporations as well as individual entrepreneurs, we have bought and sold major office buildings and other significant properties in Manhattan and elsewhere.
