We represent banks in secured lending and asset-based financing and have acted as lead counsel for syndicated loans. We assist lending institutions with work-outs of major problem loans and have experience in representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

We handle both the relatively exotic and the mundane problems of banks ranging from the documentation and structuring of swaps to the most delicate personnel problems.

We are actively involved in the representation of branches and agencies of foreign banks. We also regularly represent borrowers in substantial loan transactions with domestic and foreign banks.
